Hoth Han Solo DL-44 The Empire Strikes Back popular

This is a 1:1 replica of Han Solo's Hoth DL-44 from The Empire Strikes Back. This is the blaster Han used on Hoth and is different from the blaster he used on Bespin. The Bespin DL-44 is a lot less detailed than the Hoth DL-44 and I think the Hoth blaster is much cooler. All parts are pressure cast in black urethane resin, assembled and painted with high quality automotive paints. The blaster is finished in a semi gloss black then weathered to look old and heavily used. All parts are one off casts of the original parts. The main body is a cast from a Mauser broomhandle C96 replica pistol. The scope is cast from an original M19 scope. The scope mount and retainer where recreated using highly detailed photos of the original prop. All the other detail parts are cast from parts from the Revell Visible V8 engine model. popular
