*Jolene's height varies, with some being up to a quarter of an inch taller than others. This extra height is always in the base details, but does not effect use.

Production mistakes that are declared or are covered in these Terms and Conditions are not considered for refunds. We will also not refund any toy after 3 days of confirmed delivery.

In the extremely rare case of a refund, we will not accept a return on the toy and will instead require proof of destruction of the toy before any more actions are made. We do not restock these products due to their nature.

We reserve the right to cancel/refund orders or refuse service to any individual for any reason. This is not something that we wish to make a common occurrence, but we do expect you to conduct yourself politely and without hatred and bigotry. We do not support the use of our services, website, or products in ways that hurt anyone.
