A gorgeous vintage 1940's halo hat! Fashioned in soft black felt. Fabulous styling! Featuring a lovely, tapered halo brim that is styled with two beautifully detailed felt roses and leaves! The brim is trimmed in grosgrain. It measures about 12.5 inches across at the widest point. The interior is lined with a grosgrain band liner, Labeled Dolly Madison Hats. Such a lovely halo hat!
*** Inner circumference measures approx. 21 inches. (Designed to be worn towards the back of the head for the halo effect.) Size is marked 22.5. May need to be secured on with pins.
*** In good vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age, the hat could use a little popular reshaping. There is some light soiling on the interior liner. Please see all photos. Presents beautifully!
