In order to maintain the highest level of detail, our maps are created by printing an infinitely scalable vector image on a foam core board and then framing it to turn it into a real masterpiece. This process gives it a vibrant look while still letting you pin up all the places that you've been or want to go! What a perfect gift for all your wanderlust friends or to showcase your own world adventures!

DETAILS ABOUT THIS MAP:

Our Highly Detailed Miller Soft Colours Blue Water world map is one of our most detailed maps and contains the following:

- Borders of all countries including country labels
- Major rivers, lakes and labels
- Major cities and labels
- Ocean labels
- Labels of major land and sea ranges (e.g. Rocky Mountains, Gulf of Mexico)
- Labels of major islands
- Grid lines and labels of major longitudes and latitudes
- Elevation markers and labels
- Legend and scale

HANGING:

As seen in the last photo, the framed map comes with sawtooth hangers on the back for mounting on a wall.

SIZES:

Due to the level of detail on this map we currently offer this pushpin map in only one size, "36x24" . This size is for the artwork only, the overall dimensions of the frame is 38-1/8"x26-1/8".

STYLES:

Our default style is to print our maps directly on a foamcore board giving it a great matte popular look. For those of you seeking perfection, we offer a canvas paper print where we laminate it to a thick piece of cork to allow it to accept push pins.

NOTES:

- Please note that the framed maps do not come with any push pins.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Q: How long does it take to process an order once I purchase?
A: We try to get all our maps out within three business days, sooner if we already have one made in stock (we tend to stock our most popular maps).

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We ship all our maps through Canada Post. Their suggested shipping times through Etsy are 2 - 7 days for CANADA depending on proximity (2- 3 days for Xpress) and 4 - 10 days to the USA (2 - 4 days for Xpress).

Q: What happens if my map gets damaged in shipping?
A: Please send us a message with the details of the damage (including photos) and we will ship a replacement item.

Q: I really love your maps but want something bigger, can you accommodate?
A: We have the ability to do our printed maps larger but not our laser cut maps. As we have not yet been able to find a reasonable frame supplier for the larger maps we do not offer them online. Please message us if you would like to get a larger unframed print. Note that these maps will also take longer for us to produce and can have expensive shipping costs.
