Working from a selection of your favorite photographs, I will create a sensitive and true-to-life portrait of your companion. Once I finish your portrait I will email you proofs of the portrait for your approval before sending out the final product to you, that way any suggested changes can occur.

When I begin a painting I always start with the eyes. I feel it is very important to get them right straight away because I popular think the eyes are windows to the soul and the personality of our furry companions. Other characteristics I look for are the more candid ones, the tilt of the head or the flip of the ear. I strive to bring out the uniqueness of you pet.

Pastel paintings are painted on acid free artist quality pastel paper, oil paintings are created on artist quality canvas or panels.

Paintings as advertised are of 1 pet, additional pets and/or custom sizes are available upon request, message me for prices.

When placing an order please indicate in note to seller whether you would like pastel or oil.

2 to 3 week turn around on most paintings, particularly oil paintings as they take a a week to 10 days to dry enough to safely ship. This will also depend on the current workload, but of course i will give a timeline at the time of inquiry. Paintings will be carefully and securely packaged to prevent any damage in shipping, If for any reason you are not satisfied or any damage occurs during shipping I will either rectify, redo or refund as you desire within 14 days of receiving the painting (and upon return of said painting).
