In additional to the vibrant colors, it appears the dress has sparkly accents throughout the fiber content which are more popular noticeable when in a darkened room. The tag on the dress states made in Italy. When I tried to put this dress on my mannequin, I could not fit the dress over the top shoulder area. I then took the legs off my mannequin and tried to slip the dress on from the bottom up, but the dress would not fit that way either.
