Vintage Royal Worcester Belvoir Blue and popular Gold Royal Pay Corps Gravyboat with Attached Underplate and Royal Cavalier Backstamp

This is a gravyboat with an attached underplate made by Royal Worcester in the discontinued Belvoir Blue pattern. The gold backstamp includes a Cavalier with FIDE-ET-FIDUCIA along the rim. This indicates this set was intended exclusively for the Royal English Pay Corps Officers, making this a unique find. The design is a lightly marbled cobalt blue band edged inside and out with a thin gold band decorated with a repeating gold crown swirls. It is elegant and timeless and a rare find.

The gravyboat measures 4 inches tall, 3 1/2 inches wide. The attached underplate is popular 8 1/4 inches long and 6 inches wide.

CONDITION: There are no chips, cracks, scratches or crazing. The design, including all the gold trim, is in great condition with little to no wear. We have provided close ups so you can see the excellent condition of the gold trim.
