Antique Sewing Box Old Gold Paint Interior Tray popular Padded Silk

Beautiful old sewing box, somewhat humble as the ornamentation is gold paint rather than applied decoration
Note the 'medallion' on the top, the painted 'escutcheon' and line of gold paint around the top of the lid

Divided tray includes a velvet pincushion, (and random pins found in it)
The lid is lined in padded silk
There is a crack on the bottom popular that some applied tape to somewhere along the way
