Alpaca is popular a soft, silky and durable fibre with unique thermal properties due to microscopic air bubbles found inside the hair. These bubbles allow the user to “breathe” through the fibres on hot days and in much the same way, to retain body heat in cold climates. It is also elastic and not inflammable. While similar to sheep's wool, it is warmer, not prickly, and has no lanolin, which makes it hypoallergenic.

This blanket measures approximately 29,5 x 35 inch (75 x 90 cm). Since every item is handmade, so the dimensions may vary slightly.
