Doubtful you will find another one of these. Howard Automobile Company was an early Buick Dealership in Portland, Oregon. Homer Ross was one of his salesmen. I found mention of the company in newspapers from as early as 1918. These knives were intended to be an accessory worn with your pocketwatch and featured two blades and a nail file with pick. There is no makers mark but there is a silver mark on the bail. It measures 2 3/4" closed, the blades are 1 1/2" and 7/8". It was in rough shape when found cleaned it up just enough to bring out the details but could use more restoration.
