I ship lst class USPS which takes about 3-7 business days in the states.. If you need it sooner you can upgrade with the priority listing.
For international orders I will ship USPS. It takes usually 10-20 business days. Although it can take longer because of customs.
Refunds and Exchanges

I will give a refund if you are unhappy with your purchase if it is not a custom order. Please let me know within the week of receiving it. As soon as I have received the Item back, I will issue a refund minus the shipping cost and 20% for the cost of materials.
