-Please keep in mind: we cannot guarantee the lifespan of a wreath that is placed outdoors.
Climate conditions such as direct sun exposure and moisture are contributing factors that may shorten the lifespan of a wreath.
If you display your wreath on a covered door, you will certainly get a longer life out of it, (Mine last years and years on a covered porch) provided it's not in direct sunlight.
It's best to bring in your wreath during rain and severe weather.

-Colors may appear slightly different in photos and on different computer screens. All products are photographed outside, in natural light, with no flash or filters.

All items ship USPS priority mail unless you purchase an upgrade at check out or add the Fedex shipping listing to your purchase.
You will receive a tracking number for your order once it ships.
Please note that the post office at times still experiences delays and once it is in transit I cannot change the speed it is delivered.
However, if a package is lost by the post office, I can file a claim for you and refund your purchase once it has been missing for 21 days (USPS policy to only accept claims 21 days from ship date).

I gladly accept returns or cancellations. PLEASE READ THROUGH THE RETURN POLICY.

*request a cancellation within 24 hours of ordering.

Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition and packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

*Before a return request is accepted, we require a photo of the item being returned via Etsy Conversations.
Once the return is approved, please ship the wreath in the original box with original packing materials within 7 days of receiving it.
If an item is not shipped in 7 days, there will be a 20% restocking fee. Please contact us with any questions.

*When we popular receive the package, we will refund your original payment MINUS shipping charges.

*If a wreath is returned without contacting us first, there is an automatic 20% restock fee.

*If a wreath is shipped back after the 7 day window there is a 20% restock fee.

*While you received "free shipping" on your order, shipping costs will be deducted from the sale of the item before we issue a refund.
This varies from 10 dollars to 24 dollars depending on what part of the country you live in. We will provide proof of what we paid to ship it to you when we process the refund.

*If your wreath is damaged during shipping to you, please provide photos of the damage immediately upon receiving it so we can address the situation.

*If we receive a returned wreath altered or damaged by the customer, missing flowers, etc. we will assess the damage at our shop and reduce the refund given accordingly.

*You will always be notified via email to the email on your account that your package has been shipped along with your tracking number. If it is marked delivered,
we will not responsible for a lost package.

Please contact the shipping provider (USPS) to assist you. We are happy to also contact them about it as well.

***Exception: holiday wreaths (Christmas, Thanksgiving) are NONREFUNDABLE if the request for a return is not made within 10 days prior to the specific holiday.
