We have a “Guaranteed Fit” policy. Our Master Tailor scrutinises and verifies your measurements accuracy, both separately and as a whole. We will go through all your data and will ensure that everything looks good. If some measurements won't be coherent we will contact you to double check and fix them.

Note:
Always take the true measurement don't pull the measuring tape tight or give any ease. When taking the measurements stand upright, don't slouch or bend over to read the measuring tape as this won't give you a true measurement.

REPLACEMENT

In the very rare case of a tailoring error on our part where the finished garment sizes differ significantly from the original measurements submitted by yourself, or there is a material defect or the colour is not as specified, we will provide a replacement Free of charge. Within the first year of purchase, we'll replace any garment that is damaged, ripped, torn, stained, burned, etc. with a new one at 50% of retail cost.* * Replacement policy does not apply to lost or stolen items and shirts. Original fabric must be in stock for replacement policy to apply. No fabric substitutions, alterations, or changes to the sizing of your original garment are permitted. Original garment to be replaced must be returned to Everything Bespoke before production on a replacement will begin. No credit or refund will be provided for garments that are no longer available for replacement.

RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

At Everything Bespoke, we care very much about your experience and satisfaction. While we make every effort to provide you with the right product, we understand that certain circumstances may require returns, or exchanges. If you need to return or exchange an item based on the guidelines below, we will gladly make it happen.

Merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days; All merchandise must be unworn and undamaged (unless the item was damaged upon receipt) Once we've received the item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned product.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a traceable shipping service and provide us with the tracking details so that we can trace the shipment to proceed further.

Order cancellation requests can be placed within (3) days of order or will result in flat deduction of 25% from your ordered item's amount.
