Vintage OPTI SCAN SBE 12 SM 10 Channel Scanning Monitor Receiver Radio Pre-owned in Good Condition For its age. Is dirty and will need Cleaned Plugged in and amber light comes on. Please NOTE!! This scanner is not set up for my area so I am going off of the squelch to see if every thing works. Sound quality seams like it would be good. Volume and squelch seam to both work as they should Manual and Scan seam to work as they should. If you turn squelch knob it you will hear static and the scanner will stop on that channel it picked it up on. Has Mounting Bracket with ONLY the Scanner Screws For The Bracket Removable 72" power plug 1 Channel Card popular 2 antennas 1 extends about 37" and both are in good condition however the Longer one is slightly bent (see picture) Both are removable and will be removed and packed for shipping 11' Long 9" Wide with Mounting Bracket 8" Wide Without Mounting Bracket 2 1/4" Deep FS-165.
