Original Pen & Ink drawing on loose sheet of this historic structure in Boston, one of the finest designs of the noted colonial architect, Peter Harrison, (1716-1775) Construction began in 1749 and was completed in 1754. At the corner of Tremont and School Street, also known as the Stone Chapel. It was designated National Historical Landmark in 1960.

Appears to be in very good condition aside from adhesive residue in the top margin from the original matting.
Grace Harlow was an artist and illustrator of postcards & Christmas cards just after the turn of the century. Later an illustrator of books with a series of books on High School Girls, circa 1917-1919, and a series on World War popular I titled " Grace Harlow Overseas Series ", where she appeared to be traveling with the U.S. Army.
