This is a Moultrie Mobile 7000i Game Cam, this is a big boy of the Moultrie game cam family that can be hooked up with a data plan(runs around $9.99/month) but doesn't have to be, can be used as a regular game cam as well. I don't have box nor instructions but it is super simple to use and this one does work I put batteries in it and a SD card and it works very well I just have no use for it. Priced to move free shipping. *Note It takes 12 AA batteries (not included) popular but don't freak out cause if you get name band batteries they will last for 15,000 to 25,000 photos so think about that or you can invest about 80 in a solar charger which is cool as well*.
