This is a LARGE antique French religious statue made of handpainted plaster, representing the Holy Virgin Mary, our lady of Lourdes with roses and the river of Lourdes on the base

Early 1900s

Sizes: 16.8 inches (42cm) high

The plaster statue is handpainted
Our Holy Mother's face is serene and devote
She holds a rosary with crucifix in her hands

Signed on the back of the base "LANCE Toulouse"

These statues are highly collectible and getting difficult to find !!

In a vintage condition as shown on the pictures: some tiny chips, her hands have been repaired, nothing serious, this does not detract from the beauty of this statue!!
