Vintage Lobster Dish

White porcelain ceramic platter is divided in to two sections and has a handle and intricate swirls and floral gold paint design.
Mark on bottom says "P.P.S.(?)" in blue and '1814' in gold.
Not sure if the 1814 refers to the year made or a serial number. I can not find any information on the PPS(?) stamp, but probably German and probably from the 1800s or early 1900s.
Measures about 13 1/2 inches wide, 10 inches tall, and 6 inches high including handle.
This belonged to my grandmother.

In very good condition.
Normal wear from age, use, and storage. Paint worn here and there, some soft scratches. Chip on bottom edge of bowl, circled in photo.
