Has significant scratches, one on the bottom screen that is deep but doesn't really effect gameplay and countless others over the system. Language is in Japanese so be mindful that it can't play American games as it is region locked. Everything works as it should, it's just a bit scratched. Comes with stylus SOLD AS IS.
