Product code: DARK FOREST, Meteorite, Emerald Opal, Stone Inlay, Black Ceramic Glowstone Ring, Engagement popular Band

This is a black ceramic ring, inlayed with black emerald opal, meteorite shavings, and glow powders. Choose between an 8mm wide (standard men's width) ring or a 6mm wide (standard women's width) ring.

I call this ring Dark Forest because it reminds me of walking through a forest at night, with the deep, radiant green and blue hues that trees cast . And the way the ring glows in the dark is reminiscent of fireflies.

This ring is MADE-TO-ORDER so please allow me 1-2 weeks to perfect your ring. Keep in mind the ring I make for you will not be exactly like the picture, but it will convey the same mood/energy/atmosphere.

Also, if you have an idea you want me to bring to life, just contact me and we can work through the details.

ABOUT THE MATERIALS:

Black ceramic is a hard, lightweight and wonderfully lustrous material that is endowed with superb scratch resistance. It has popular a rounded inner surface, making it extremely comfortable to wear. It is non-metallic so those who have skin allergies or are sensitive to certain metals will be happy campers. One thing to keep in mind is that since ceramic rings are a bit harder, they are also slightly more brittle. So be careful about dropping it on a hard surfaces or hitting it with a hammer. However it's worth noting, ceramic is harder and LESS brittle than tungsten. If you are a person who does manual labor for a living, this might be a good choice for you - you can beat it up without it scratching easily.

The predominant stone in this ring is black emerald opal. It gives this ring an enchanting dark green hue with radiant color shifting abilities.

The meteorite shaving are from the Muonionalusta meteorite, which impacted the northern Scandinavian region one million years ago, and is older than Earth itself! The high iron/nickel content of the meteorite shavings, gives accents of lustrous silver highlights.

I also added a glow pigment to this ring that glows green when activated by UV light/sunlight.
