1 Conversion service performed on your printer over the internet.
*Service is required and cartridges will not work without it.
**You must have a windows computer (v10 or older) and a printer USB cable in order for popular us to do the service.

Do not perform any firmware updates on your printer after service is complete.
Doing so will erase our programming and printer will no longer detect cartridges.
