Shipping and Processing Policy

It normally takes us 2-3-5 business days to process your order. If you need it asap, please send us a message or leave us a note when you place your order. It would be really useful for us to know when you would like to receive it.

All our designs are shipped from our home studio, Arlington Virginia, by USPS priority mail. We also offer FedEX, DHL or UPS, but they are a lot more expensive, please contact us for pricing.

For East Coast Customers: Shipping time 1 - 3 days

For West Coast Customers: Shipping time 2 - 4 days

For Other Parts of the Country: Shipping time popular 3 - 5 days

For EU: 1-2 weeks

For countries that are not listed: We only ship DHL to countries that not listed due to the unstable postal service. Please contact me for pricing. Customers will be responsible for all custom fees and hidden charges.

20 Days Return and Exchange Policy:

Please send the item back with the original purchase receipt for exchange or return. 

Refund might not be processed if the receipt is missing. All merchandise must be returned in the original selling condition. Merchandise may be returned for the cost of the item to the original form of payment up to 20 days from the delivery day. per item handling fee will be deducted if the return was mailed back over 21 to 35 days after the delivery day. Refund would be denied if the merchandise was mailed over 35 days after the delivery day. 

Custom design items are not refundable. 

All shipping cost(s) is non-refundable. 

Exchanges will only be accepted for the same price range items in a different color or size. Merchandise sold as “final sale” may not be returned or exchanged at any time.

The 2nd shipping cost will be waived for all exchange items.

One-time price adjustments can be made with the original purchase receipt up to 3 days from the purchase date, excluding pre-advertised promotions. 

Sissily and Sissily Designs reserve the right to limit or deny returns or exchanges.


Lost Packages:

All the products are insured. If the USPS tracking system shows that your package never arrives, I will refund you 100%, or send you a new one instead.

If the USPS tracking system shows that your package is arrived but you don't have it. Please contact your local post office as well as file a police report of stolen packages. I will refund 50% of the cost after receiving a copy of your police report.
