My puzzles are made out of High Quality 1/4 Baltic Birch. The image is professionally printed and mounted and laminated with a commercial heat press. The puzzle is cut using a blade that is only .007 of an inch wide! Because each puzzle is hand-cut, no two pieces are alike.
I've worked very hard over the years to combine the right materials and skill to make exceptional puzzles. My puzzles are extremely durable. If you'll notice, my puzzles have a very smooth surface and my cut lines are very crisp. Our puzzles are made to become a Family Heirloom!
