Very unusual antique trivet or pot stand. The central brass plaque is engraved with a farmyard scene, a cockerel (rooster) crowing alongside a chicken and a duck. There are farm buildings and hills in the background. The brass is screwed onto the fruit wood base, which is mitred at the corners. It sits on four turned popular brass feet. This is a fabulous, unusual pan stand. Perfect for the Thanksgiving or Christmas table! Great for display

Condition: Good. It does have a slight hump in the centre
