The base is bisque porcelain and features Baby Hugs and Baby Tugs Care Bears sitting on a cloud. The shade is a clamp on style with a fabric cover that is gathered at the top and bottom. A rare find with original shade! CONDITION - Excellent. Tested and in good working order. There are no chips or cracks in the porcelain. Shade has no stains. The cover could maybe use a gentle laundering, but I will leave that up to the buyer.
