This item was tested to power on, it gets to the start screen. Controller charges as well. I could not get the controller to sync with the system so was unable to test any games on it. It will come with power cable, third party HDMI, charging wire for controller, controller and console itself. Please note that system has some minor stains. I cleaned it to the best of my ability. Several photos up for your consideration. Will ship free with priority mail. Shipping/Packaging - I ship all packages via USPS. Most items will come in a bubble mailer or box depending on size/type of item. Most items will get an extra layer of protection inside the mailer. Larger items will come in a box. If you have any packaging needs please send me a message. I will accommodate. I ship using prepaid labels and drop off packages daily.
