popular Antique French cut steel shoe buckle clips. Acquired from a private estate collection, these vintage buckles are circa the late 1800s (Victorian) through early 1900s (Edwardian / Art Nouveau) periods. The cut steel elements are riveted from the back as pictured. Brass bar on back. 2.4” length and 1.8” width. Good pre-owned condition with some rust to steel as pictured, but this is very common for antique steel due to age and only adds to the authentic vintage character.
