Almost 12.5" in height, this antique china head resembles German molds from the late 1800s, early 1900s. She is intact but does have a couple of condition issues. Please see the seventh, eighth, ninth, and tenth photos for what look to be mold imperfections of the legs, rubber band residue on a wrist (Deteriorating rubber bands were holding her sleeves around her wrists since her hands disappear otherwise.), a rip in the linen material of one arm where the filling spills out if handled too roughly (This could be remedied with a repair- a patch or even tape), and paint loss to the back of her head.
Her cotton and lace undergarments, slip, dress, and apron appear to be handmade and do have loose stitching, fading, and a missing closure (on the slip). Her hat is worn, the ribbon frayed, and the "feather" (Not sure if this is an actual feather or some sort of plant matter.) bent.
No chips, cracks, or breaks are evident on the porcelain body or head of this doll.
