Operating system and everything is popular properly functioning, that being said it does need someone with soldering experience to open it up, clean the button PCB and then put the buttons back on. These go for 300+ and are by custom order only. This mintypi can emulate anything from Atari to gameboy advance. Certain advance games do strain the system though. Any other questions just ask.
