WHICH PAPER?

Lustre has a slight gloss with a subtle, often pearl-like texture, providing you with a highly saturated look and maximum ink coverage. Because of its saturation and resistance to fingerprints, lustre paper is a popular choice for giclée quality photographic prints.

Matte has more of a texture than lustre, it has a very smooth, non-glare surface. We use thick and durable paper. Each print is giclée-printed on archival, acid-free paper.

SHIPPING

Each product is individually printed and assembled when you order it. Please allow us 2-5 days to prepare your prints. Please allow 3-20 business days for your prints to be delivered. Depending on your location, prints will be shipped from our printing partners in Europe, USA, Canada, Japan and Australia.

RETURN

We want you to be stoked with your purchase, so if you're not, let us know. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Our prints are custom made to order unless they arrive damaged or defective; we can't accept returns or offer a refund for a change of mind.

Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, as we are not able to reship or popular refund any lost items due to incorrect details.

If the product is damaged in the mail, please send us photo verification of the damaged goods, and then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
