This is a very Cool piece by the Oregon Local painter in black water color. I'm not sure if the frame is genuine bamboo or not but I think it's just an immatation bamboo frame. There are a couple very insignificant and virtually impossible to notice scuffs on the white paper but for that reason and the popular abundance of similar bamboo art pieces, I'm going to price this a little lower than I think it's worth. I've seen print similar to this go for $150+ and I have every reason to believe this is an original piece by her.
