Big Yarn popular Hand Knit Blanket.
How did I stumble upon this type of knit? I was teaching my granddaughter how to do knitting using your hands, and voila....a blanket is made.
I am a long-time knitter, and this project was absolutely fun. The project is fast and fulfilling to say the least. I typically do not use polyester yarn, but this seemed the best option for blankets. Especially if you have children or animals on these blankets. They are machine washable and dryable. (On delicate settings). They are so very cozy, that everyone that sees it wants to wrap up in it.

I may try one in wool, just to see the difference. I feel the wool ones may leave little wool fuzz is used a lot.

Current colors are - pale gray, mustard, and a multi color (purple, white and gray). They measure 35 x 70. Perfect size for couch, chair or twin bed cover blanket.
