Product code: Vintge 1920's Ukulele popular Uke Banjolele
Vintage from the 1920s – 1930s Dimensions are approximately 21 inches long by 7.5 inches wide. The following description is what I was told about this ukulele.... "This is an unmarked all original Sovereign banjo ukulele, which was made by the original Oscar Schmidt Company in the USA. Sovereign was their top of the line uke. It's made of beautiful maple wood with inlaid striping around the rim and on the neck. There are mother of pearl fret dots on an ebony fretboard, and an ebony rim cap. There are no popular cracks and very few scratches. The tuners, I believe, are vintage Grover Champion tuners. It also has a Grover non tip bridge and a No Knot tailpiece. It has a tone ring under the skin and an extra hoop under the tension hoop, which I assume has something to do with the tone also. The calfskin head is in great condition with very little yellowing. The neck is straight and the frets are fine. There is some rust on the metal parts." See photos for more detail and condition.
