Antique French popular Onyx water font, Jesus and the sacred heart, holy water font with Jesus Christ, French art nouveau home decor, 9 Inches high

Gorgeous Antique French greenish-white onyx stone holy water font, depicting Jesus Christ with sacred heart, in a detailed surrounding in typical Art Nouveau style,

The metal is most likely silver plated, on copper coated Spelter metal, made Late 1800's to early 1900's ( Late Victorian Era/ Art Nouveau Era ).

In good condition, well preserved, without broken parts, with age appropriate signs of wear and use, like oxidation, and silver lost, there where the copper is shining through, due to overcleaning, and cherishing since many many years !.
Some very tiny chips on the edge of the Onyx stone backplate, but nothing bad .
The Onyx plate is at the backside attached to a brass plate, to reinforce the stone, and is equipped with a solid brass ring for wall hanging .
Blessed with a nice and natural patina .

Interesting addition to a collection, original as gift or present .

Measurements : Almost 9 Inches high by almost 5.5 Inches wide ( 22 x 13.5 cm) weight 820 gr.
