Update #1. I don't have that little Red boot that goes on his foot. Update #2. The figure doesn't popular cover the entire base. You just kind of place him where ever you like on the base. Update #3. I don't see any scratches on the base, but there was a small paint chip on the left side (his right eye). I wanted to wipe it down and started rubbing on the base and didn't know what that was and it opened up that paint chip more (see the new photo's) Was opened and displayed in a "smoke free", non-smoking home Used condition Comes in original box, original packaging, and plastic inserts The box is not perfect. May be slightly dented or scuffed in some areas The pieces snap in (snap fit) The base has a paint chip on the left side, (his right eye). (see the photo's) This is a used item, so light scratches on the base, plus the paint chip I don't have that little Red boot that goes on his foot. I never put it on the figure and have zero idea of what I did with that.
