This vintage painting is an original work of art by the famous Soviet Ukrainian artist Victoria Kostenko (1927 - 2015). The artist is a member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine and is included in the list of representatives of Russian and Soviet artists by the British scientist Matthew Cullen Bone. You can read his short biography below.
The painting "The shore of the fishing village" was painted by Victoria Kostenko in 1970. This is an unusually beautiful picture, written in pastel on drawing paper, measures: 57.5cm * 32.5cm (22.64" * 12.8").
Despite the apparent simplicity of the landscape, the picture is beautifully painted, the artist's skill is demonstrated at the highest level.
In the painting “Coast of a Fishing Village”, the viewer sees a simple seascape: coast, water, fishing boats at the pier. But this simplicity is charming.
In the foreground are wooden boats. Water occupies the middle of the canvas. The water is deep blue, the sea glitters in the sun.
Warm, blue tones and shades prevail in the landscape "Coast of the fishing village".
The picture conveys to the viewer a sense of calm, peace, idyll.
This unique original piece of art will be a very beautiful decoration for your home, a wonderful gift for any occasion or an interesting addition to your art collection.
He needs a frame to hold it in place, but I'll let the next owner decide what type of frame and what color will look best. I love these old paintings leaning against the walls because they don't even need a frame to add them to the interior.
Each piece of art is hand-wrapped. If the description indicates that the material is canvas paper, then this picture will be folded and packed in a special tube (without a wooden frame). If the description of the painting indicates that the material is cardboard popular or sandpaper, then this painting will be sent in a cardboard box (without a wooden frame) and then carefully delivered to its destination.
Condition: good vintage. The photo shows all the edges and corners of the structure. All photos are real, so you buy what you see in the photo.
Please note that the colors in the picture may vary slightly depending on the individual settings of your monitor.
