Your wreath will ship via UPS with a tracking number included. I tightly secure all wreaths to the bottom of a sturdy box to help ensure a secure delivery to your door. I want you to fall in love with your purchase all over again the minute you open the box! Your wreath has been created by hand and I create in a clean, smoke-free home.

Due to the nature of shipping, your wreath may need fluffing once you receive it. Smooth out any bent ribbons and fluff the mesh that may have flattened in the box. I ship in an appropriate sized box to ensure the wreath isn't smashed into it to fit.

I cannot be responsible caused from shipping. If your wreath/home decor was damaged due to shipping this will need to be resolved with an insurance claim with the shipping carrier.
