•Chest (Around the chest under the armpit. Should be as free as you want it)
•Shirt length (From the shoulder bone downwards as long as preferred)
•Shoulder or back width (from one shoulder to the other shoulder)
•Sleeves (from the shoulder bone down your arm as long as preferred)
•Across Arm (Around your forearm)
•Wrist Width (Around your wrist)
•Waist (Around your waist just above your belt)
•Pant length (From your belt down your legs as long as preferred)
•Thigh Width (Around your thighs; should be free enough)
•Inseam (From the juncture of your legs to your foot)
•Ankle width (Around your ankles; should be free enough)

TAKING YOUR MEASUREMENT (MEN)

Neck: Measure round the base of your neck where a shirt collar would sit.

Sleeves: Measure from the middle of the back of your neck, over the top of your shoulder down to the point where you want your cuff to sit. If you find that your sleeve length falls between two of our sizes, choose the longer of the two

Chest: Wrap the tape measure under your armpits, around the fullest part of your chest.
The tape measure should be snug. Not so tight that it constricts breathing, but not so loose that the tape measure slides down.
Don't puff out or flex your chest. Just stand normally.

Waist: Find the bottom of your ribs and the top of your hips.
wrap a tape measure around your waist, midway between these points.
breathe out naturally before taking the measurement.

Inseam: The inseam measurement is taken from the underside of the crotch (or top inseam point) to the bottom side of the ankle (bottom inseam point)
