in this class. Shrinkets shrink plastic bead making and hand forming is the main focus.
You will use the Shrinkets Domed Mold (white mold) to form the flower beads and you will also do hand forming popular of the shrink plastic.
Colored pencils ( recommend Prismacolor pencils) will be used to color and design the shrink plastic beads that are pre-cut and in your kit.
The simple assembling will be taught.
The focal shrink plastic pieces will be mounted on a pre-cut bronze metal medallion and you will hand hammer and patina this using the solution in your kit.
A bit of bead stringing will also be taught using flex wire and crimp beads.
This is the third generation of kit production for this very popular class.
So take note that when watching the class the old plaster domed mold is used to form the flower beads.
The newer silicone ( white ) Shrinkets Domed mold replaces the older plaster version. If you do not own the white Shrinkets Domed Mold you will need to purchase it as part of the tools you need to provide to create this project. A link is attached below.
