Hand Braided Paracord Mecate Rein in Gorgeous Green Ombre

This mecate is 22ft in length and 12mm in diameter. This is a soft feel mecate rein made with a core so it has minimal stretch to allow for quick release and a great contact with your horse. It can be used on a snaffle bit with slobber straps (sold separately) or on a halter or bosal as a hackamore set up. The mecate is finished with a quality leather popper on one end and tassel at the other. It is strong and durable and should last you many years for work or play, whatever way you choose to enjoy it.
There is a matching headstall available to this ombre mecate to set this up as a hackamore. The headstall is pictured in the last photo but please note, it is sold separately and has a different listing.


I am located in Australia and this item is hand braided by myself with love and care. This item is made to order so please allow up to 2-3 weeks make time not including shipping. I will popular keep you updated through out the process.
I ship via Australia Post both Australia wide and Internationally. The postage price is what I pay and I do not add on to it (I am so sorry for the high cost of freight but it is what it is unfortunately) All parcels are lodged at my local Post Office as quickly as possible and include tracking.
