Antique Opaline or Camphor glass basket vase with flowers popular and handles

Interesting antique glass basket form vase, the glass type of which I'm struggling to name. This vase is molded while true opaline glass tends to be hand made. It's not Bristol glass either. I FEEL like Camphor glass might be the right description but I will appreciate any information about the glass type! At any rate it is in perfect condition popular and measures 6 1/4" tall by 7" across and about 5" wide. The flowers are hand painted as shown. I would put the date at between the 1900's and 1930's.
