SHIPPING

Shoes are designed to order and usually take 7-10 days plus shipping. (DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAY/SUNDAY/BANK HOLIDAYS)

All items will be shipped Royal Mail Second Class Signed or by courier service. If you need something sooner, shipping can be upgraded to Priority for an additional cost. Tracking is available on all orders and information will be provided once it has shipped.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS : We despatch our orders through reputable courier express services like UPS, FedEx and DPD who will popular provide tracking information. Most packages have been getting to their destination in about 5-7 working days dependant on customs clearance, but please allow up to 2 weeks for any delays. We cannot take responsibility for the time it takes to get to you but will provide a tracking number for your order once it has been despatched .

Please know that we are not responsible for any local Customs Duties, Taxes or Fees when shipping outside of the UK. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and are applicable for all orders to EU countries after Brexit. Please contact your local Customs Office for further information about their policies. These charges are paid locally and are the recipient's responsibility as we have no control over the duties being charged. Please bear this in mind whilst placing your order.

We are not responsible for items lost in the post and NO refunds will be issued if delivery for the shoes are signed for at the delivery address.

We do not purchase insurance on our items, if you would like to include insurance, please message us for an additional cost.

PLEASE make sure to check your shipping address before purchasing and provide a local telephone number so that we can forward to the courier. We cannot be held responsible if you provide an incorrect address.
