new with tags popular the buckle has to be closed a certain way - i push it into the buckle and then push on the buckle sides and it clips right into place :) See last photos - it doesn't "click" most of the time into the buckle unless you push on both sides (photo 5) and then it snaps into place (photo 6) so soft and cute!.
