This is a vintage hairband / tiara with a genuine 1950s gold tone black enameled setting of grey rhinestones. The setting is side-mounted on an ornate filigree antique-gold or bronze coloured hair band that has been hand-enameled with black enamelling. Handmade from original vintage jewellery.
