This is a fantastic Vintage Bird Skull, Folk Art Carving by Ray Kobald. Ray Kobald would carved these pieces to incorporate into popular his work. This looks like a Raven's Skull, carved so fine it weights much the same as actual skull. The details are incredible. At the time of listing I have a small collection of these carved skulls, shown in the last several photos for example.
