Mini Transistor Radio 3-3/4 x 2-1/2 Inch "Montclair" Vintage Working Japanese Black Case Silver Mesh Grill Pocket Model In Leather popular Case 60s

This black beauty is smaller than most vintage radios, and was probably regaled for it's seemingly small size. This cutie also has wonderfully rounded corners and a great looking stainless steel metal grill.
Measures approx 3 3/4 inches x 2 1/2 inches x 1 inch

This is a nearly pristine AM transistor radio, made in the 60s. This one is in great condition with one small (barely noticeable) hairline crack on the center back of the radio, you really have to look for it. (see last photo) It looks like it was barely used. The inside of this vintage beauty is very clean and it works well.
It is tasteful and crisp combination of Black and Silver with some very slick 60s Attitude.

This is a great little pocket radio still in it's real leather original case with strap. Case shows the expected wear, but is in good vintage condition with tight stitching and a bold logo.This leather case and has protected this beauty for nearly 60 years!

I have tried this radio and it works fine, finding signals is not too difficult here in San Diego, I assume this close to the border allows lots of Mexico's stations to be tuned in, since that is mostly what I could pick up. (Mariachi music is fun!)

Has top Jack for standard transistor radio earphone. (none included) This was the type of radio many kept in a front shirt pocket to hear Rock & Roll or Ballgames in an inconspicuous manner, hence the "top" ear jack
