Vintage 70's ILGWU Union Made USA Victorian Style popular Maxi Formal Dress Sheer Lace & Chiffon High Neck Long Sleeve 12 Fits S + Vanity Fair Slip

Stunning 70's ILGWU Union Made in USA Victorian style maxi dress! This dress is in excellent pre-owned vintage condition with no evident stains, rips, or holes!

The dress was modified by a previous owner by adding a Vanity Fair maxi half slip to the dress for extra lining! This slip is easily removeable if desired but I wanted to leave it intact so the new owner could decide whether they wanted the extra lining or not! The slip is also in excellent pre-owned vintage condition and is hand stitched to the dress only at the bust seam area (pictured).

The dress is a gorgeous peachy-pink color! The details on this beauty are show-stopping! She features a high neck with lace trim, a sheer chest with incredible delicate floral embroidery, and long sleeves made of sheer polka dot and floral lace. The bodice features an overlay of the sheer polka dot lace and the chest is accentuated by a v-neck overlay of the floral lace. The back is just as stunning with matching sheer back and deep-v shape with the floral lace. There is a zipper closure in the back with 2 hook & threaded loops to close the neck. The wrists also have hook & threaded loop closures. The skirt is a wrap style skirt that adds great flow and movement to the dress! Threaded loops are features at the sides of the waist if you would like to add a belt but the dress does not have a matching belt. The dress has an ILGWU union made in USA tag attached. Tag size 12 and fits like modern S. See measurements below to ensure a proper fit. Dry clean only (she has been soaked, line dried, and is ready to wear). She is perfect for a wedding, elopement, prom, photoshoot, or any formal / special occasion!

The tan Vanity Fair slip that is included sits at empire popular waist and is a maxi half slip with lace trim at the waist and hem. Made in USA. Tag size 36 LL.
