Antique collectible Weller Wild Rose cornucopia vases. These vases are popular teal - blue in color, with the signature single wild rose in white on the front. It is signed on the bottom. The Weller is in script, the signature is H.
The Wild Rose line went into production in the mid 1930's, the simple and utilitarian shapes were introduced [along with other lines] in an effort to 'compete' with other local potteries in the area. Also typical with many Weller pottery, the firing is a dry foot form where the glazing was kept away from the bottom to prevent sliding.
