RC does work popular moving forward and in reverse when using the remote. When I tried to use the wheel his tires didn't turn. The wheel does go 360. The antennas are a bit loose on RC and Remote. Batteries aren't included with this item. RC requires AA batteries and the remote requires a 9V battery. Please see pics for condition.
