This great looking light weight dress coat set is from Julius Garfinkel popular and Co. from the 1960's. No fabric content tag but is is seersucker and probably cotton. Medium brown/ivory stripe. The short sleeve dress has a back metal zipper. Side pockets and removable matching belt. The 3/4 sleeve coat has side pockets with faux flap pockets over them. Button closure. The coat as an addition label that says "costome casuals ". I believe this was a custom made set. I found a label under the dress lining with the size tag that has an order #. The size tag says 12. The dress measures 37 1/2" long. 15 1/2" across the back of the shoulders. Laying flat seam to seam it's 19" across under the arms, 18" at the waist, 20" at the hips. The coat is 38 1/2" long. 15 1/4" across the back of the shoulders. 21" sleeves. Laying flat seam to seam it's 20" across under the arms, 19" at the waist, 21" at the hips. The only condition issues I can find it the lining of the dress near the hem has a yellow/brown discoloration stain (last photo). This is NOT on the seersucker fabric. There are a couple places on the dress hem that are loose and need stitching. The buttons on the coat have some tarnish/rust to the metal part.
